Look at what I have...

I have a baby lamb. Becky was choosing lambs for the Umatilla County Livestock Show and the Pendleton Show since she did so well at the M-F Show. The only differences are she wanted females this time and we went to Pilot Rock instead of Walla Walla.
This one is named Moonlight because she will become a lighter color as she gets older. She's only 46 lbs and a nice lamb. It will be easy for Becky to show her (hopefully!) The other lamb is named Fuzzy because she's fuzzy right now (she'll get sheared before we go to County Fair). That lamb is one of those "drama queens". She thinks if something might be too difficult, she swoons. I am learning alot about livestock animals. I think I get as attached to them as Becky.

**UPDATE** We just sheared this cute little thing and it's actually a boy (that must be why HE'S so mild mannered lol) His name is now Wolf, because underneath he has that white/gray/black look (plus a few small black spots - I thought his name should have been Spot, but he is Becky's not mine.

How great to see your comment on my blog. The name of the church in Salem that my cousin was married in is South Salem Friends Church. It was such a beautiful wedding...we all had the best time.

It was great to see your blog, too. I will be visiting again!

Stay cool...it is going to be hot this weekend.
